Founded in 2018, Princess Purpose, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our mission is to empower girls to love themselves, believe in themselves, and choose themselves using their voices and talents to creatively express themselves.
We believe that our girls need spaces where they are allowed to be represented, creative, empowered, acknowledged, and heard - we offer those spaces.
Princess Purpose, Inc.’s goal is to encourage girls to live out their life with confidence purpose. Our programs are implemented using evidence-based curriculum, focusing on Leadership Development. We focus on the following areas to help girls thrive:

-Fostering Positive Peer Relationships
To continue to use our platform to advocate for change, while addressing the need for reform on issues affecting the lives of Black girls.

Malikah McMillion is the Founder and Executive Director of Princess Purpose, Inc. She is a mother of four (2 girls & 2 boys), a wife, and Paralegal by trade. Malikah holds a B.S. in Paralegal Studies and is currently pursing her M.S. in Organizational Leadership. She is committed to using her platform to advocate for Black girls (and women) to be seen and heard.
Malikah is committed to raising awareness of issues that are affecting young Black girls. She saw a need and wanted to make a difference by lending her voice and passion for creativity to demonstrate to Black girls, like her own daughters, what empowerment, positive imagery, and leadership looks like.
Fayetta has been serving families and children within early intervention, education and behavioral health for more than twenty years. She is a tireless advocate for equitable access to quality care, a Youth Mentor, Life Coach, Mindfulness Instructor and Certified CPR Provider.
Bryanna earned her B.S. in RHS from Penn State University. She is a Certified Behavior Health Technician aspiring to begin a career in Occupational Therapy. Bryanna is passionate about promoting awareness of and advocating for equality as it relates to issues that affect young Black girls.
Shavera earned both her M.S. and B.S. from Neumann University. She brings a diverse background in Project Management, Program Development, and Administration. Her education combined with 25 years of professional experience supports the mission and objectives of Princess Purpose organization.
Sharonda is a proud mother of 2 amazing sons. As an Elementary School Teacher within the School District of Philadelphia, she possesses over 20 years of experience in Education. She is also a Mindfulness Instructor and Tutor.
Andre is a dedicated father and husband with a passion for empowering children. While currently a Physical Education Teacher. He holds a B.S. in Communication Technology and currently pursuing a M.S. in Education
Charee is a Licensed Clinician with 19 years of experience in Behavioral Health having earned degrees at both Temple University and Saint Joseph’s University. Charee works with children and their families promoting the acquisition of cultural awareness, positive reinforcement, person-centered, and trauma-informed care.
Kenya Jones possess over 20 years experience in Administration and Program Development. Kenya prides herself as being a well-rounded, down to earth women with a desire and passion to teach, learn and embark on new endeavors. She has aligned with Princess Purpose to help empower girls, like her niece, to reach their full potential.
David is a Business Controller and Finance professional with a strong combination of cross-functional exposure in diverse industries and markets with over 12+ years’ experience. He has a strong technical accounting background holds a marketing degree from the University of Clemson in Clemson, SC and is a graduate of the Executive MBA program at Drexel University.
